I dream of better future. My aim is to enable people dream of better future too; so that we can break boundaries, move horizons, explore, fly higher, jump further, dream bigger, do better...
I am a coach, facilitator, consultant and a qualified MBTI® practitioner. I have been running individual MBTI assessment and workshops since 2008. I received my qualification with OKA Associates in Fairfax, Virginia in March 2007. I graduated at VSE (University of Economics) in Prague in international politics and diplomacy and business languages (English and Russian). I have transformed the knowledge gained into an over 16 years long career in human resources - from learning and development through generalistics to setting up HR information systems. I have obtained a coaching certificate from Academy of Coaching Excellence in Prague.
I get contacted by those who look towards future. Those, who want to become aware of own strengths as well as liabilities. Those, who need to look at things from different points of view. Those, who need space to contemplate and search for answers. Those, who can determine patterns and get oriented in complex issues and situations. But also those who do not hesitate to apply common sense. Those, who look for effectiveness in processes. Those, who believe in better future. Maybe also thanks to developing themselves.
